Hello Backers,
We are about 1 week out from having completed our fulfillment and all outgoing packages should have tracking numbers assigned. If you did not receive your tracking information please check Backerkit for the info.
If you still do not see tracking information, please verify that your information is up to date and that your shipping charges have been paid.
The most common issue we are running into are accounts that were created using Apple's "Hide My Email" feature. Backerkit is unable to send surveys to these types of accounts resulting in the surveys having gone unfilled. Please reach out directly to us with a direct email and we will get that replaced in your profile and resend the surveys.
For those who completed surveys after the initial cut-off date AND after we had already packaged their rewards may not have received the free stretch goal books. This is because free books still contribute to shipping charges and we did not want to assume you would "opt in" to those charges.
We hope everyone's orders reach them securely and that you all enjoy the exciting series by Sean Murphy. Please reach out if there are any issues that need to be resolved.

Dear Zorros,
We’re thrilled to share that the fulfillment process is now officially complete! The last wave of rewards have been packed and shipped, making their way to you (or already in your hands!). We are still updating tracking numbers for some of the last shipments that went out, so if you received notification that your order was shipped but you didn't receive the tracking, please give it a few more days to update. The only orders that remain unshipped are of Backers who have not paid their shipping bill via BackerKit.
This book became a reality because of you. Your support, patience, and enthusiasm helped bring this project to life, and we couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who pledged. We hope you all enjoy Sean Murphy's exciting re-imagining of one of the most iconic characters in pop-culture.

We are happy to be able to say that all remaining rewards for International Backers who completed their surveys and paid their shipping bill will be out the door by end of week. We've appreciated the patience Backers have shown while we get through this last wave of international shipments. We know that there can be a lot of obstacles with international shipping so we recommend the following steps if you are concerned with your order status.
1) Check Backerkit to ensure your payment information is up to date and shipping address is correct
2)Check the tracking number provided to you (this is activated once Fedex picks up the packages from our shipping location).
3)If your payment for shipping is complete but you don't have a tracking number by end of next week (2/7), contact us and we will look into the issue.
4)if your payment for shipping is complete, your tracking number shows the shipment has gone out but is stuck somewhere along the route, please contact us so we can check with Fedex. We just ask that you not inquire until it's been at least a month since the item shipped.
Domestic Backers, if you have not received your order then we either did not receive your survey, or the card on file was out of date for the shipping charge. Please reach out if you are having issues with completing either of those steps.
