How and when will I receive my physical rewards?
Additional content exclusively available through this campaign will be produced over the course of the retail distribution of the Zorro: Man of the Dead limited series. Single issue physical rewards will be printed simultaneously along with our retail production of each issue of the series. Once the retail distribution of the single issues has been completed, we will assemble all of your physical reward tier’s high-end collectibles into secure packages with the utmost care and begin the process of shipping you your rewards. We have given ourselves a little buffer time in our projected fulfillment (listed on the campaign rewards) but will work diligently to get you rewards as soon as possible.
We also have an incredible list of artists participating in our retail exclusives. We encourage every backer to support their local comic book shop (LCS) and purchase these exclusive covers ahead of their deluxe kickstarter deliveries. The retail release of the limited series runs monthly beginning in January 2024.

How about my digital rewards?
Nobody likes spoilers! That’s why our Digital rewards for each issue will be sent to backers as the retail releases drop in stores each month. Kickstarter exclusive “Making of” content will be sent to backers separately at the completion of the series retail release.

Can I order more than one reward tier?
Please reach out to [email protected] for some options if you would like to order more than one tier. Keep in mind that the limited tiers may sell out during the course of the campaign, but any unlimited items can be added as Add-Ons during the campaign or afterwards through Backerkit. If there are any limited tiers available after the campaign ends, they will be available as Add-Ons through Backerkit.

How accurate are the estimated delivery dates for the rewards?
For domestic shipping in the US we believe we will be able to improve on these estimated delivery dates. For foreign shipping these estimates should be fairly accurate.

Will there be additional shipping costs for international customs?
Massive is working with our fulfillment partners to make customs shipping as simple and low lift as possible. We are collecting duty fees and other customs related fees up front so that backers can receive their product without having to pay these fees on the back end!

What are the differences between the items offered in this campaign and what will be available in comic shops, bookstores, online, etc.?
Comic shops will have their own retail exclusive covers for the Zorro: Man of the Dead limited series with Massive Publishing’s standard quality paper stock. Retailers will also have their own version of the collected graphic novel with a different cover image. For those people who want to obtain these amazing comics but aren’t looking to invest in premium products, purchasing the comics and/or collected graphic novel from your local comic shop is a great way to experience SGM’S Zorro and support your local shop!

How many pages are in the single issues and in the different collected volumes?
Each issue of Zorro: MOTD single issues will be at least 24 pages and the collected edition will be 124 pages with the exception of specialty variants (ie: the masterclass edition which has nearly 200 pages)

Are Certificates of Authenticity available for the limited edition tiers that include signed products?
Due to shipping restrictions, all of our signed products (with the exception of the original art tiers and Funko Pop add-on) are signed bookplates which also act as a certificate of authenticity. These book plates will only be printed directly by Massive and no un-signed copies will be released into the market.

Can the signatures in these tiers be personalized?
Only the wanted poster original art tier will have an option for personalization. Personalized requests are at the sole discretion and approval of Sean Murphy and are not guaranteed.

How do I know if my order qualifies for stretch goals?
Physical stretch goals will only be available to physical tier backers. Unless noted otherwise, these will be available to all backers at the physical tier level.

Do Add-Ons qualify me for bonus rewards provided from the Stretch Goals?
Free books unlocked through our campaign’s Stretch Goals will only be available as part of the physical tiers listed in the Rewards section of our campaign page. However, all unlockable Stretch Goals will be available as Add-Ons to anyone who wants to participate. If you only want content available in our Add-On section, you can provide a custom pledge amount in the Rewards section.

Which of the stretch goals are being sent for free, and which are available as Add-Ons?
Any of the unlocked stretch goals labeled ‘Free Bonus’ will be sent to all backers of physical reward tiers, while those simply labeled ‘Unlocked’ stretch goals will be available as Add-Ons. For those of you who would like to get more than 1 copy of the ‘Free Bonus’ products, they will also be available as Add-Ons!

How do I take advantage of new Add-Ons as stretch goals are reached during the campaign?
You can adjust your pledge at any point in the campaign to include the Add-Ons you want! In the Kickstarter app, make sure you are on the Zorro Kickstarter page and you can adjust your Pledge/Add-Ons under ‘Manage’ - ‘Manage your Pledge’ - and ‘Edit Reward’.

What is the difference between the Foil Cover Set and the Metal Cover Set?
The metal covers are affixed to the front of a standard comic. From the covers available for each issue, you have a choice of which you want in the limited edition metal format. The foil covers, however, are limited to the creators listed in the Foil Cover Set. Additional foil cover options are also being unlocked in the stretch goals.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
